Labour Day Classic - Sunday, Sept. 1 - 1 p.m. (Regina time), Mosaic Stadium (1700 Elphinstone St.)
The Labour Day Classic is one of the most popular games all season. Cheer on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers #FortheW on enemy turf as they face their rival Saskatchewan Roughriders in this annual battle of the prairies.
The Coors Light Party in the Park is a great spot for pre-game fun with activities for Rider fans of all ages with a live DJ, drinks, tailgate games, kids’ zone and performances from the Rider Cheer Team, Pep Band and Rider Drumline.
Shake the Lake Music Festival - Aug. 30 - 31, on the grounds at Conexus Arts Centre (200 Lakeshore Dr.)
Shake the Lake Music Festival features great classic rock groups performing the hits you loved back then and still do today, including Winnipeg legend Burton Cummings at 9:15 p.m. Friday.
Regina Farmers’ Market - Aug. 31 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Enjoy a lovely time outdoors in the City Square Plaza downtown. Check out a variety of vendors including individuals and businesses that make, bake, grow or design their products right here in Saskatchewan.
Rebellion Brewing Co. Brewery Tour - Aug. 31 - 2 p.m - 3 p.m.
Free tour to see how your favourite beers are made at Rebellion Brewery. Enjoy a sample on-the-house.
Victoria’s Tavern Tailgate Bash - Aug. 31 – 6 p.m.; Sept. 1 – 3 p.m.
