We are an independent wine shop located at the confluence of the Red and Assiniboine rivers in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and tucked within the historic walls of the busy Forks Market. Beyond offering a diverse range of high-end spirits and cigars (since 1994), a significant and renewed focus of ours has been to source natural and delicious wines, cultivated by the hands and hearts of real people from all over the world – those who share a passion for biodynamic and preservative-free production. The result: a selection of wines that are new, approachable, and of bold character.

In line with the ethos of The Forks and their commitment to offering local, consciously produced products, we believe in the significance and grit of Terroir. All of our favourite wines reflect the place from which the come and the people who have helped facilitate its production. We celebrate not only the wine, but the people who help make them, and continuously educate ourselves so that we may share the stories embedded in each wine.
