“legs” is an award-winning short film inspired by Jennifer Still’s long poem of the same name. “legs” is an elegy, which means it is a lament for the dead. Yet, with the help of Christine Fellows (music/sound/stop-motion) and Chantel Mierau (costume/video), this elegy is whimsical, even absurdly so, with its bright pops of colour and sparkles, as the three artists embody Still’s words on film.
