WCD is thrilled to commission Idan Cohen to create a new work for WCD!
An Israeli choreographer from Kibbutz Mizra, Israel, Cohen was selected by a panel as a Guest Artist in Residence during Covid-19. WCD is thrilled to introduce Cohen’s work to Winnipeg audiences! Featuring music by Phillip Glass, an ensemble of Winnipeg-based dancers, lighting by Hugh Conacher and piano études performed live! Artist Talk to follow Sunday matinee.
