This much-loved artisan bakery recently changed hands to the owners of Juneberry, one of the city’s top brunch spots. Head baker Jérôme Boulanger –– a multigenerational baker from Alsace, France –– has stayed on board, and is now joined by bakery manager Francesca Agatep, with the team continuing to create Instagrammable French pastries, outstanding breads, and breakfast sandwiches in a redesigned room that is as attractive and inviting as the pastry cases.
