This summer at the WAG, experience Vision Exchange: Perspectives from India to Canada, Manitoba’s first major exhibition of its kind, organized by the Art Gallery of Alberta and National Gallery of Canada. Vision Exchange features 20 contemporary artists from India and of Indo-Canadian heritage with over 100 pieces, including an inflatable installation, film, drawings, and more. Artists address issues of shifting histories and borders; relationships to the land; and the complexity of migration, immigration, and diaspora.
