A tradition of elegance continues as we celebrate New Year’s Eve together in our exquisite City View Room.
Spend this special evening with us as we indulge in a delectable feast that begins with a pre-dinner reception at 6 pm.
Then at 7:15 pm our fabulous five course dining experience prepared by award winning chefs takes centre stage!
At 9 pm, it’ll be time to toast in the New Year and dance the night away as Ron Paley and his band play classic dance tunes and top 40 hits.
When you take a break from the dance floor, be sure to enjoy one of our specialty cocktails; create a memory at Manuel Sousa Photography’s photo booth; and indulge in our decadent After Dining Dessert Stations featuring a Roasted S’mores and Gourmet Donut Station, Old Fashion Gelati and Banana Foster Station and a Traditional Chocolate Fondue and Fruit Station.
