Bagshaw’s three restaurants have all received five-star reviews in the Winnipeg Free Press, while also landing on Air Canada’s enRoute magazine’s contender’s list for best new restaurant in Canada, with Enoteca taking the #9 spot in 2015.

The plating at all three restaurants is exemplary, utilizing negative space, colours, textures and sauces to effects that you can’t help but Instagram.

All three restaurants specialize in small plates. Passero and its Corto lunch counter (located in The Forks Market) are heavily Italian influenced, featuring a mighty fine selection of housemade pastas. Máquè draws on Vietnam, Korea and China, while utilizing French techniques, while Enoteca remains Bagshaw’s main creative outlet, with flavours ranging from French to Spanish to Americana.
