Everyone loves a list. In the eating business, one makes mental lists all the time. Who makes the best French Onion soup? Where can one get a super roasted beet salad? Whose wood-fired oven makes the best pizzas right now? In Winnipeg, my favourites evolve and change as the city's dynamic eat and drink scene evolves and changes. Chefs and restaurants also top lists one day and perhaps get usurped by others the next week or month. Food is a fickle business.
With that in mind, here are a few of my must-try Winnipeg eat and drinks: January 2015 edition
