Winnipeg finally has a food truck dedicated to Korean barbecue, and we're here for it.
The truck slings bowls featuring bulgogi, je-yuk (spicy pork), or sam-gyeop-sal (pork belly) that come with rice and all those fabulous fermented, crunchy Korean condiments and a choice of sauces, including spicy ssamjang sauce (a mix of gochujang, doenjang, green onion, and other goodies).
The meats are cooked to order while the pickled radish and Korean sweet chili sauce are so delicious.
The glass noodles with shiitakes and crunchy radish are also a can’t miss.
