Phở Bình Minh is a small family owned restaurant located in the heart of the West End. Our name translates to "Phở at dawn". 

Phở is believed to have originated in the early 20th century in North Vietnam and is considered the national dish of our country. 

Dawn symbolizes the sun rising in the East where our homeland is, and setting in the West, here in Winnipeg, bringing both the cultures of East and West together. 

Our extensive menu, gives a suitable meal choice for all times of the day whether you want to join us for brunch, lunch, or dinner.
