New for 2019 is Blue Haze BBQ’s food trailer, a catering extension of their barbecue shop in Beauséjour, MB which is constantly garnering rave reviews (particularly for those ribs!).
You’ll be able to find their award-winning meats (including a slew of first, second, and third-place finishes for their chicken, ribs and brisket respectively at the now defunct Winnipeg BBQ & Blues Festival) at ManyFest Food Truck Wars this summer, along with perhaps a few other festivals and events in the city.
Their meats are smoked for up to 16 hours over hardwoods, while they make their own signature BBQ sauces.
