The Tamale Time truck, (which we also like to call "Pupusas, Please!"™) is rolling out a new menu of Salvadorian and Central American delights. On top of the tamales and pupusas, you can also now find tostadas and tacos made with slow braised beef or chicken.
Their red truck -- with its sombrero-ed senõr inside a clock face -- is easy to spot, while they are usually by the Legislative Building on Broadway.
