Prairie Ink is a full-service casual dining destination, serving lunch and dinner with delicious breakfast service on Saturday and Sunday. With a kitchen run by professional chefs and recipes are made from scratch, Prairie Ink features fresh ingredients, local if possible, and fresh baked goods (from croissants and muffins to tortes and cakes).
