Crêpes fans rejoice! Ker Briezh finally has its own home, which is conveniently located at the top of the Sherbrook Strip. Owners Yvonnick le Lorec and Ketty Pichaud moved to Winnipeg from Brittany, France, several years ago, and have since gathered a large fanbase for their gluten-free buckwheat crêpes via the Esplanade Riel kiosk and farmers’ markets. This new, permanent location promises to bring even more Brittany to the city, with additional sweet and savoury crêpe options that celebrate local suppliers. Plus, it’s licensed so you can enjoy beer, wine, cocktails, apéritifs and digestifs with your meal.
