Bernhard Wieland Brewing is by experienced brewer Bernhard Wieland, whose recent CV includes Winnipeg Brew Werks, along with being the first head brewer at both Little Brown Jug and the Kenora location of Lake of the Woods Brew Co. It’s a real micro operation, with around 200 cans and eight different beers available weekly on Skip the Dishes and within the German Society’s restaurant, SchnitzelHaus.
