I Love Winnipeg! Festivals and Arts
I was born and raised for the most part outside of Winnipeg in a small town just along Lake Manitoba. Going to "The City" was always exciting but quite rare.
I moved out of my small town at the tender age of 18 and I haven't looked back. After a few years I finally began to discover Winnipeg. It has been a great and unforgettable experience. I have attended way more concerts than I could afford, the festivals are amazing and the arts and entertainment scene is phenomenal but the one thing that I really love about Winnipeg is the sense of community. No matter where you go, it seems someone knows someone you know. Winnipeggers are such a connected and easy-going group of people and I am proud and happy to say that I am now a Winnipegger and I wouldn't change that for anything. "
