Lots to see and do in Winnipeg

I’ve been lucky enough to have traveled the world over the last 25 years. And when I
return it’s great to be home in Winnipeg.

We have four seasons and there’s always something to do no matter what season.
You can go to a festival every weekend in the summer and still no see them all. Great
outdoor places from the Whiteshell to beaches at Grand Beach to Gimli and Winnipeg beach.
One hour out of Winnipeg and you can get lost in the wilderness.

Winnipeg is a small BIG CITY. Lots of places to dine from high end to low end. Ethnic diversity
allows us to taste foods and cultures from all over the world as we with Folklarama.
And our professional sport teams make us proud. We as a community support them.
And of course it all about the people. Like our licence says “Friendly Manitoba”. I’ve
never met friendlier people anywhere in the world than here in Winnipeg.
